Hello and welcome to the CompTIA: Security+ (Practice Exams) course!

There are a few key points to understand as you go through the practice exams.

Practice exams will be unlocked for you on a schedule.

• We want to make sure that you complete our training course first to fully prepare for the exam.
• We find that if students have access to all of the exams at once, they will fly through them and in some cases their brains store those questions for later making them less effective.
• We want to give you a reasonable "cool off" period between exams to refresh areas where you did not score as well and further solidify your new knowledge.

Practice exams have a minimum passing score.

• Every exam has a minimum passing score in the system that you must meet or exceed to move on.
• We wanted to make the score challenging enough where it validates what you know but not so hard that we are preventing you from moving on.
• Students must score at least 75% to pass. We want to make sure that you are adequately prepared for your certification exam but we also want passing to be achievable.

Practice exams have a maximum amount of retries allowed.

• The system required us to set a maximum amount of retires that are allowed.
• We do not think you will hit the limit but if you do, reach out to us.
